Econo Lodge was at a sweet spot near Dunkin'—great for a quick breakfast run! The staff was super friendly. The water pressure in the shower was bomb! It really hit the spot after a long day exploring. Can't complain about that.

The room had a funky smell, and it was bare-bones—no table or chairs in sight! Didn't feel too comfy with the strange scene outside either. Breakfast? Just two cups of coffee, and that was a stretch.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, close to awesome spots like Lake Wylie and great rafting adventures. The staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

However, we found the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with some signs of wear and tear.

This was just a strong match for a weekend jaunt in Gastonia with outstanding value. The mattress had burn holes, and the remote didn’t even work.

The check-in staff were friendly and the AC worked well. The room had a strong odor of urine, and the bathroom could use a good cleaning. Noticed other issues like mold and dirty towels. Wouldn't recommend for long stays.

I stayed here for a family trip, and while there were some issues, the front desk staff were genuinely nice and helpful. The shower pressure was particularly good, which was a nice comfort after long days out. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with the floor not swept and the fitted sheets having dirt on them. It was a bit concerning that someone attempted to get into our room late at night, which made me feel uneasy during the stay.
